Terms of Service

You need an account to use Axiome. You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate information, and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Axiome is a health and life tracker, so creating an account also asks for your separate consent to process health data, as described in the Health data policy.

Everything you write and upload — journals, notes, goals, logs, images, recordings — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, show it back to you, process it for the features you use, and — when a feature needs it — send the relevant part to the third parties named in our Privacy Policy. This permission is worldwide and free of charge because the service needs it to work, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including anything about other people.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Axiome for as long as you have an account. The app, its design, text, code and the AI prompts behind it belong to us or our licensors. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

The coach and Axiome's other AI features generate insights, summaries, suggestions and coaching-style replies. You are talking to an AI, not a person. They are not professional advice: nothing in the app is medical, psychological, nutritional, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. The sleep, gym and journal features are wellness tools, not medical devices, and they do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

If you are struggling with your health or mental health, speak to a doctor or a qualified professional.

Using an AI feature sends the relevant content to a third-party provider. Read section 3 of the Privacy Policy before you rely on these features for anything sensitive.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and tell you why.

If you share an entry, you create a public link that anyone holding it can read without signing in. That is your decision and your responsibility — take care with content involving other people. You can revoke a share at any time from the app.

Axiome offers a free trial and a paid plan, Axiome Pro. Prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds are covered in the Purchase Terms, which form part of this agreement.

Axiome relies on services we do not control — Google Play, Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, the AI providers, Open Library. Their own terms apply to your use of them. Google is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to support the app.

We work to keep Axiome running and to fix faults, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something you paid for, the Purchase Terms explain what happens. If we shut Axiome down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to download your data, and refund the unused part of any subscription.

We keep backups, but keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — Download my data in the app makes one.

We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. Where your local law allows us to, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by decisions you make based on AI output, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and 50 euros.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or intent, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep every statutory right your local law gives you, including legal guarantees for digital services in the EU and UK.

You can stop using Axiome and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account — see Delete your account. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if the law requires it; where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to download your data.

We may update these terms, for example when the law or the app changes. If a change is material, the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue, and you can refuse and delete your account instead. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for in a way that takes something away from you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Please write to us first — most problems can be fixed by email. Consumers in Romania and the EU can also use the alternative dispute resolution service of Romania's consumer authority, ANPC SAL. We do not require arbitration and nothing here waives your right to join a class or collective action where the law gives you one.

These terms, the Purchase Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Health data policy are the whole agreement between us about Axiome. If a court finds part of them invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer this agreement to someone who takes over Axiome, provided your rights are not reduced; we will tell you first. These terms are written in English; if we provide a translation and they differ, the version more favourable to you applies where your law requires it.
